Landmark building makes a huge effort to keep maintenance work cost efficient. We will not quote you for work to be done that is not necessary or part of your sectional title maintenance plan. We are committed to extremely high work standards and an eye for detail thus providing you with quality workmanship for all of your building maintenance needs.


Prevention is better than cure. Most defects can, at their early stages, be discovered through visible or detectable symptoms. If not promptly rectified, minor defects can develop into serious ones, becoming more costly to rectify. 


10 Year Maintenance Plans


Maintenance and Management are two closely related issues. In the past, many body corporates didnt make sufficient provision – or any provision at all – in a reserve fund for major, planned maintenance needs. The underlying purpose of the new Act is to force community schemes to save on an on-going basis so the financial impact on owners is not as devastating as it is in the case of special levies.


In terms of Rule 22 and Rule 24 of Annexure 1 -  Management Rules,  in the Section Titles Schemes Management Regulations of the Section Title Schemes Management Act, 2011 (Act No 8 of 2011)  is to establish a Maintenance, repair and replacement plan.
